It was released, but pulled quickly from shelves as it had the wrong author on the spine. Copies exist, but are very rare. The latest known copies to be purchased were Spring of 2019 from Amazon dot Uk as well as Spring of 2018 from Abebooks. Andy McDermott also presented Jeffrey Reddick with a copy of the book in Spring of 2019, as noted on their respective twitter accounts. It isn't certain how long the book was on shelves for, but from my own experience it seems it was pulled within 24 hours. It took me 12 years to get a copy.
