How do you get inspired to write?

Xyla Turner I have always like to write, even as a teenager. My mother would come and ask me to finish the stories, because she wanted to know the ending. Between life, moving up in my career and school, I stopped, but over the past two years, I started reading more and more romance novels. I could read 3-4 in a weekend, but at the end I would always feel unproductive. So, one day, I made a compromise with myself. I will read a book and write a book. That turned into writing more and less reading.
