Yes, I hope so! I have written a spin-off from The Blinding Light that starts three weeks after the epilogue of Jake and Patrick's story. The spin-off involves Jake's friend Davo, but Jake and Patrick's new family feature heavily in the book.
The manuscript is currently in submission phase with my publisher, so I'm waiting anxiously for a yay or nay on it.
