Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Anna Lowe I spent over a year working on a remote Arizona ranch, and the magic of the place has stayed with me ever since. When I started reading paranormal romance, then toyed with the idea of writing my own, I knew right away the highlands of central Arizona was the place to set the series: the desert is vast and beautiful in its own harsh way. What better place to pair love stories with the dark and dangerous world of the paranormal?
