Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rachael Ritchey It may sounds kind of silly, but from a conversation I had with God about my own heart attitude. I was talking to God about how I felt disconnected from life at the time and this thought occurred to me, maybe it was God speaking to me through the Holy Spirit, but the thought was that my heart was missing love, the beauty in me. At the time, I wasn't reading my Bible or praying much and I was disillusioned with circumstances. I was reminded during that conversation that my heart was so self-focused that I was feeling kind of ugly. Without a good measure of love and outward focus, I was missing out on what makes me beautiful. Yes, a silly place to start from, I know, but this is a sweet story about the importance of our inner beauty, of the love that comes from deep within. I think it not only affects the people around us, but when we are without love, we become lost within ourselves.
