PaulESchilling 1: It proves that Jane Austen understands men.

2: It was originally written as a series of Elinor's letters so the novel is too slanted towards her POV to do justice to her sister's emotions.

3: My other answers would just be repeating what Nadia Beck wrote.
Nadia Beck Lets start with weaknesses:

1. Is a bit slow at times.

2. Some words you most likely won't understand. (But mine explained those words at the bottom of the page, it's the one by dalmatian press classics!)

Now the strengths:

1. Forces readers to think about topics like class status and if it's a good idea to use logic over feeling or vise versa.

2. Unlike most love story's, sense and sensibility focuses more on sisterly love, and the real meaning of love.

3. I loved seeing the characters change and progress through the book.

4. you'll look smarter reading it!!! ;)
