Ms. McCubbin, In researching for the books with Clint Hill, who was your favorite person that you met in the process?

Lisa McCubbin Hill That's a great question! Very difficult to answer with one favorite person because I've met so many interesting people--Caroline Kennedy, Lynda Johnson Robb, former and present White House correspondents, as well as many former and current Secret Service agents, including the past three Directors. I'd have to say, however, that one of my favorite experiences was spending an afternoon with Providencia "Provi" Paredes. Provi was Mrs. Kennedy's personal assistant and boy is she a firecracker. She has some wonderful stories, but she is just as discreet as Clint Hill, and there are many memories she will take to her grave. I admire her loyalty and dedication to the Kennedy family.
