What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Doug Romig Just write. Even if it is nothing that you will ever share, just write. You will develop your style and taste in time. I wrote for twenty years before I started working on my novel. Each day I learn something new. Also, I follow Stephen King's advice and write at least 2000 words a day. When I don't, I can feel the words building up inside me and it makes me cranky.
