I know this is late, however hopefully this helps someone in the future.

1) What was up with the narrative mode of this book? Was it third person limited, omniscient, or both? Why did the perspective switch mid chapter?
2) How did Tanni end up feeling so loving towards someone who was basically a stranger, when she seemed to be so in love with someone else?
3) Alice was just shoved with that American guy and it was okay?
4) Who is Katie, the reporter, and what significance does she bring to the story?
5) Why wasn't the reporter, Katie's identity revealed?
6) Was Katie, Frances' granddaughter?
7) Why make Evangeline a huge alcoholic?
8) If Frances reported the de Balfort family to her higher ups about suspicious activity and they already suspected them and asked her to watch them, then why the hell did they let her go back there alone?
9) If there was any sort of chance Frances’s cover was blown, especially since Hugo survived the explosion, why did they still send her abroad?
10) What happened to Frances’s baby?
11) Did Frances end up telling Oliver everything she was doing?
12) Where did Frances go? What happened to her?
13) Can we please talk about how Frances figures out about Hugo, yet the chapter abruptly ends?
14) Did they really wait 50 years for someone to confront Hugo?
15) What happened with these women at the end of the war? Did they say goodbye and go their separate ways?
16) Did they stay in touch over the years?
17) Could you live and survive what the women of this story did?
18) Would we be so willing to make the same sacrifices that generation made?
