Susan Mallery Good morning, Linda. Pam, Shannon, and Nicole (The Girls of Mischief Bay) are not based on women I know. They're women I'd like to know. I want to be friends with them! :) That's one of my requirements for a heroine. I have to want to be her friend. After all, I'm going to be spending months with her. I have to respect her as a person, even if I don't completely agree with every decision she makes in the book.
