In Heaven and Hell's epilogue, you mentioned a Paolo Girabaldi. I don't recall him anywhere throughout the whole book and you didn't explain who he was in the epilogue, so I was wondering who he is?

Paolo is the maître'd who "introduced" Kia and Sam at the hotel in Lake Como by forcing Kia to sit at Sam's table.
