Absolutely. I think they each bring out the best in one another. I actually always have a twinge when someone calls it a "first love" book--I think "No--it's true love, not first love!"

Do you picture characters in the future once you've finished a book (outside of an epilogue)? Like in 10-20 years, where they live, their occupation, their family/kids...normal things. I do this after I finish a book and have thought out how I see Sam and Jase in the future. I wondered if you have your own vision for a character down the line that seems likely that given how he/she ends up in your book. Thanks!
