I am no F. Scott Fitzgerald so can't really ever claim to be hit by this dreaded phenomenon but yes, occasionally have had much milder versions of it (don't wish to name it for the fear of it becoming a reality). I choose to call it speed bumps in my wander-land. I put it aside and forget all about it till the giant of self-admiration overpowers it...... It works!
