What do you think of librarians? Also, as a reader/author, how can you persuade others to read?

Jodi Ellen Malpas Librarians? I'd love to be one! I think most people get into reading when they discover a book that utterly captivates them. Then they read and read and read, hoping to find another story that'll have the same impact. Hopefully they'll find something from each book they read that they will appreciate. Obviously, this is only my opinion :-)
