Since you write for adults and YA readers - do you have a preference? Do you enjoy writing for one genre more than the other?

A.C. Arthur I've been writing for adult readers longer, so I'd say I enjoy that a little more. But really there's an entirely different type of satisfaction I get from writing YA books. I love the opportunity to write stories featuring YA characters, especially because I write about diverse characters and really enjoy the aspect of a diverse group of readers having the opportunity to see themselves in books.
