Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Lucky Stevens I like "Twilight Zone" questions--what if this happened, or that? What if I was walking down the street and somebody handed me a big bag of money? What would I do? Most of my ideas seem to come this way, and my latest book, was no exception. I love the idea of stories that put readers into extraordinary situations. How would I handle it? It's like a puzzle. So, I guess, in short, I get all my ideas from dreaming.
