Great question, Dianna. I actually hadn't! Not until my agent suggested it after she first read the story.
The idea caught me off-guard, because most of my books take place within the same general time period and Lily's book would have to be later, but I absolutely agree—Lily deserves a Happy Ever After, too!
I would love to write her story. And you're right, it would have to be unconventional. First I have to think of a hero who deserves her... :)
