Charlie B. Hi Marisella.
In answer to your question no. but its your choice. the convo did get a bit heated, but sometimes they doo, I know steelwhisper and though she doesn't shy from confrontation she will cease the dialogue if she feels its not going anywhere. Its quite common for some pof the threads to grind to a halt for a while, then someone adds something and it kicks in again.
I would point out that Steelwhisper is a practising sadist, and has very extensive knowledge of the BDSM scene through her own experience. I know that she has , like me, a somewhat amused opinion of the diluted romantic BDSM that is often published, but if many find it entertaining then it doesn't really matter. we all owe a debt to FSOG and so must acknowledge that BDSM in its diluted form is popular.
Is there a sexual side to sadisnm and masochism. I think that for some there is. Whether that's for practising people or those who just like to read books with those elements giving them a thrill is another matter. Perhaps we could do with some further thoughts from others on the subject, in that youre right.
If you check out pornhub, you will find Video's that show women brutalisaing men, they must have an audience or they wouldn't be made, because origionally they would have been put in poay to view sites for profit. Stuff like ball breaking and strap on pegging of men is a variation and and some will get off to watching it, in the same way that many men like tpo watch spanking video's too.
So to sum up, in its pure form it may well be that sadism and masochism are not sexually driven, but in the entertainment field there are many who get sexual pleasure from watching it.
