What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Kaye Draper Don't ask me for advice! LOL. Seriously, I'm working on it myself :) How about... let yourself dream. I reality check myself all the time, tell myself not to get my hopes up because I won't really land an agent, get a big publishing deal, etc. But while its good to be realistic at times, it can also drag you down. Why did you start writing in the first place? Because it was fun? Because it made you happy? Because the thought of a random stranger liking what you created made you giddy? Don't squelch that! Let it carry you along :)
