Anyone know where to buy this book? Im in Canada and it seems like Amazon is charging an arm and a leg ( 120$ a copy!! ) ,and the canam website charged exorbitant shipping fees to Canada. Thanks.

Because if you buy from amazon or ebay the difference they are charging which is huge is all their profit. A reward for price gauging, and takong advantage of people. Which goes against Daves philosophy in the first place. It is one book not bought by the author. So support his work, and buy from his site. Also, just pay the shipping. It is probably still cheaper. OR get you a US pen pal, and ship it to them, then have them send it flat rate to you. Good luck!(less)
