Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kelvin Ray Oxendine I never initially set out to write my latest book, "A Lumbee Night Before Christmas". It all began with a humorous Facebook post I created just for fun. The post resonated with many people, and I received numerous suggestions to turn it into a book. To bring the concept to life visually, I recruited a very talented illustrator whose artwork perfectly complemented the humor and spirit of the original post. This collaboration transformed a simple post into a tangible book that I'm incredibly proud of.
