why are all of the book from Laurann Dohner much more expensive than other book of this type? the number of pages seems quite small as well?

Genevieve I would venture to say that it is the quality of the content. I usually don't pay for romance novels, but for her I make the exception. They have a great story line and are well worth the investment in my option.
