Set a word count that you are going to write each day and just do it! No excuses, no procrastination. If you miss a day because life gets in the way make it up by writing double another day. Don't worry about details or grammar or planning. That can all be fixed in a rewrite.

Hello, Are your books connected? I am listening to Injured Sensibilities and while I've not read your other books, I did read the synopsis and noticed the characters from those books mentioned in this one. I'm wondering if I should have started with another book, yikes!
