Why are there two characters named Lily? Who was the other Lily? I forgot how they met, but then she kept popping back up.

Lisa The other Lily wasn't important. I think she was there only to point out the flaw between the main Lily and her mother, May. She asks main Lily if lilies were her mother's favorite flower. Main Lily then has an inner dialogue that she has no idea and it was something that they had never talked about, showing a lack in their relationship.
