Weirdly enough, I don't actually get them. Or, at least, it doesn't feel like that.
When I write, my characters take over my brain. There are even MANY times when I'll read something I wrote and I'll think, "Really, that came from my fingertips? How!?!?"
So as odd as it sounds and as delighted as I am that you got a giggle out of this, part of me feels I can't take credit.

First of all, you're a gd genius, gotta say. Tack and Hop's books gave me so much happiness it's not even funny. Midway through Ride Steady, I wanted to ask if you'd consider hooking Angie (the lawyer on retainer for Chaos) with one of the bikers? Maybe a recruit gets wrongfully imprisoned and she has to go to bat and collaborate with the Club and in the process falls in love with one of the members? Pretty please????
