Loved your book. Why does Cassie need to give Mr. Webber the Book of Doors only so he gives it to her. If she has it, then why can't she give it to her future self (addressed to her or left in a place she would find it). Why does it have to be Mr. Webber that gives it to her?

(view spoiler)[Hi Fran - thanks for reading the book! As for your question the reason is; because that’s what happened. That sounds more superficial than it is… when Cassie returns to Mr Webber, she wants to give him the answer to the question of how he got the book. For years when they lived together they knew that he ended up with it and she wanted to solve that for him. That is why it ended up with him for (younger) Cassie to discover at the start of the novel. It’s a quirk of time travel - she created the events that led her to create the events, almost like a self-fulfilling prophecy. Sorry I probably have not explained that very well! (hide spoiler)]

Being an avid reader, I don't usually stalk follow an author with this much enthusiasm...but you're book has shot to my top 3 in less than a month. I read about 100-150 books a year....I've ready your book twice since I've gotten it. I am in love with this story. I am not just hoping for another book...I am hoping for a series along the lines of a Harry Potter type of series. Books, movies, theme parks..Please?

So I’m only about 27% of the way in to The Book of Doors and I’m absolutely obsessed! I got a copy via Netgalley. I’ve run into the problem of not wanting to stop reading but also not wanting this story to ever end. How in the world did you come up with this concept? I’m going to be recommending this to everyone I know.
