Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Simon Strange I LOVE the Kate Daniels books by Ilona Andrews and the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. I wrote Rune & Claw with that genre in mind because I wanted to read for myself a gritty urban fantasy adventure with gay romance in it and I hadn't read anything similar that I really enjoyed that fit the bill. If you can't find it - write it!
