I'm so glad you are going back to a non-supernatural mystery/thriller academic type of novel! Another one here who is a big fan of that type! I was constantly checking to see if you've released a new mystery novel and am so glad to hear about River Road! which of your past novels is dearest to your heart and why?

Carol Goodman I'm so glad you're looking forward to River Road. That's hard to say because I hate to play favorites and every novel I've written has been a unique journey. I guess Lake of Dead Languages for being the first, The Sonnet Lover for the beautiful poems my husband wrote for it, and Blythewood because it's my first YA and I just fell in love with the characters. Thanks for asking!
