no, he will not be making a 13 allthough two friends and I have been working on a fan-history of the world that the books take place in. John Flanagan recently announced the revival of the 2008 plan to create a movie the ruins of Gorlan. Casting begins in the summer of 2015 and the producer has decided to lean heavily on the original script written in 2008. #cantwait!

No. John Flanagan has said that this is the close of the series. He does have another series, The Brotherband series, however and it is based in the same world and time as this series. And I've heard that in the 5th book Gilan will appear.
