Was there a particular reason why Ruth was the target for Mr. Blue Eyes original attack or was it random? Also I find it hard to believe that Billy, let’s Amanda live. If he is this psychopath that attacks woman. Why not attack Amanda or was it just she served a purpose in helping him ultimately kill Ruth? So they have an odd bond?
