I have read a Hunger Like No Other and want to skip to this one since everyone says it is in the same time frame. Is that reasonable? Or will I be ultra confused?

Lauren Tancock I read it directly after reading A Hunger Like No Other. Some stuff was spoiled for me a little, but I wasn't confused at all. It mostly focuses on Garreth/Lucia and Cole explains anything not about them. I definitely want to go back and read the earlier books, but I wasn't lost.
Lisa Fay It will spoil the other books for you. Also, you will miss out on other couples storylines and there are a LOT of subplots. Yes, you will be confused.
