You explore so many illness's in your books. Have you ever-or would you ever consider-exploring depression and suicide?

Lurlene McDaniel I have explored these themes, but never through a main character. in WHEN HAPPILY EVER ENDS (eformat only) I tell of a father's suicide and its effect on his daughter. In YEAR OF LUMINOUS LOVE, Eden's mother is bipolar and I write of its effects on Eden, her daughter. Clinical depression can be treated, and that's something I want everyone to know.
