When I get very angry, or extremely sad, or so moved by beauty that my heart and soul are so wanting to burst and if I were an artist I would paint, or a musician I would write a song, and but I'm not so I figure out a way to make these emotions into a story, and then I can put some of those strong feelings outside me, to look at and analyze and keep.
