Hi Kate, I have just finished reading your Play Makers series and I loved all the books. I was wondering if you were going to write Deck's story and if so when will it be released?

Hi Beth,
Thanks for asking about Sean Decker. He really needs his own book, right? My plan is to make him suffer a little more while the Surgeon (Wyatt Bourne) gets a book, and then Sean can finally fall in love for real. He's my secret favorite of all the guys because for all his mistakes he's so sincere and adorable and eager to find the right woman to spend his life with. It's kind of a running gag with the guys that he gets a crush on every female he meets, and it's kind of true, right? Erica, Rachel, Kerrie, and next Darcie. But when the real thing strikes, he'll know it.
I don't have a schedule for these books yet. Hopefully the Surgeon's book will be out this summer and then Decker's in the fall, but I still need to take all my jumbled notes and turn them into actual books. My process is crazy, since I write almost all the big scenes in a story before I ever start the hard work of actually putting it all together. The good news is, I already know exactly how it happens for Deck and it's worth waiting for (I hope).
