Catherine Ryan Hyde Actually its been 15. There was a slight error about that. It was released at the end of 1999. I think the best thing it's done is to give us a common language to use when discussing this kind of giving.

what are the border or limite of paying forward : is it when he/she get on feet or when he/she still need little help or when you heard he lied to you or when he/she found good work source of money ..my personal opinion is: when he /she feel his eternal voice said we are ok and we don't need help what do you think ?
