Do you think being on social media has helped you with self-publishing?

Not really. I think I got a few sales out of it, but it hasn't been that helpful to be honest. You can put in a lot of work making a lot of posts and still get low views and engagement. And if you do get followers, most will never interact with your posts and even less will actually buy any of your books. Unless you go viral, social media is a waste of time.
