What inspired you to write The Abandoned Cart Recovery Playbook?

Sagar K.C. I’ve worked with e-commerce founders, creators, and small business owners for close to a decade, and there’s one pattern I kept seeing,people were doing everything right to get traffic, but they were leaving money on the table when customers abandoned their carts.

Many would say things like “I don’t want to bother customers” or “That’s just part of online shopping,” but what they didn’t realize is that a good abandoned cart strategy isn’t spammy,it’s service-oriented. It’s a reminder, a reassurance, sometimes even a second chance.

This book came out of those conversations. I wanted to write something lean, practical, and genuinely useful for people who don’t have massive teams or budgets. The playbook is based on campaigns I’ve built and tested myself,some that failed, and others that brought in thousands in recovered revenue with just three emails.
