Thanks for answering my question about characters. You mentioned the characters in The Cycle, which got me curious! Would you say The Cycle has one or two main/lead characters? Or is it more of an ensemble like legends? Thanks!

Hey Lottie, thanks for asking. By it's vary nature, The Cycle will have a VERY large cast. Basically you may see an appearance by any character from all of the 20 books currently released, so it's very much an ensemble like Legends.
People might wonder how that would be possible - after all the saga takes place over the course of thousands of years and most don't live that long. Well, the answer to that is found in the second half of Legends of the First Empire (books #4 - #6). For those who have read that (or are doing a re-read) pay particular attention to any mention of the Golrok - that will provide a big clue.

If the Riyria books are made into a TV series, if given the choice, would you prefer that you: A) are the main screenwriter yourself and write or co-write all the episodes, and thus make sure your books are adapted on screen the best way they can be (but it's very time-consuming), or B) let someone else adapt your source material for TV, much like Benioff and Weiss are doing it with GRRM's books for "Game of Thrones"?
