The Detective mentions that John did eight years for the murder as the gun was found in his hand. Why would he be charged in that scene which would have clearly been self defence? And what would have happened to all the money in the bank/safe? Shouldn’t that have gone to Aimee in Trust? And where did Eamon/Ben get all his money from to do cosmetic surgeries?
