I think that was the point. It was a creative twist. I kept going back and fourth on weather it was her or Jessica. Also, you should mark this question as a spoiler as it gives away a major part of the story

At first I think you were supposed to question who was meeting with the dr but after a few they mentioned the doctor had a file and the name was Fairchild

I thought it was Jessica because I think it appears under her chapter first and I never realized it was in other chapters after that - I kept trying to figure out if she was lying about that story or if the other story with Norah and Alicia was all made up. I think it would have been much better if those meetings were in their own chapters! Like just under a chapter title of Dr Warren or the psychologist or something vague like that.

It was in one of the later parts the file Fairchild came into it. I was confused by them being under the sister's chapters too.
