Griz Calderon In future volumes, the Grim Reaper’s role will continue to evolve—not just as a guide through death, but as a witness to life, emotion, and transformation. While he’ll always maintain his quiet, shadowy presence, readers can expect to see him interact with different beings, from animals to mythical creatures, and in settings that span time and cultures. I’m especially interested in gently exploring how different traditions understand death—not to define it, but to reflect the many ways we process it. The Reaper won’t change who he is, but the way others see him might shift, and that’s part of the journey.
