Charl asked Charles Stross:

Forgive me if this has already been asked: I'm reading Neptune's Brood and hit this: "The Vengeance was built to cruise at almost 1 percent of light speed: at full tilt it would flash across the gap between Old Earth and its moon in fifteen seconds flat . . . ." Am I missing something? Shouldn't that be 150 seconds? 2.5 minutes is still pretty freakin fast, though!

Charles Stross You're not missing anything: I slipped a decimal place in my mental arithmetic! (And it's a decade or so too late to fix ...)
