I haven't had this problems yet. I did stop writing for a year while I went back to school for culinary arts. When I was done in school I had a hard time going back to writing on an every day basis, but I have a notebook with hundreds of ideas I've come up with in the past, and after i look it over I'm like "man, I can't wait to start writing again.."
