Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Lexi Blake My most recently published book was Cherished. It involves a secondary character from The Men With the Golden Cuffs named Bridget. I really loved writing Serena and her friends, Bridget and Chris because they're based on some writer friends of mine. So I guess you could say the inspiration comes from the people around me for the characters. Now the last book I wrote was one called Seduction in Session that won't be out until November. It's very inspired by my love of TV shows like Scandal and Nashville. Lots of glam and paparazzi and plenty of shocking moments - though I always, always write happy endings.

I've just finished the Prefect Gentleman books (I held off reading them as long as possible so I didn't have long to wait between books) and I'm eagerly awaiting book 5.
