Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Steve Pribish My three books, Ikons, Banners and Slogans, are based loosely on the lives of my relatives who lived in Russia from 1905 to 1931. Through them I wished to put a face on the sweeping world events of that period. Couple their history with mine as an intelligence agent working the Soviet Union for 33 years, and the basis for a saga appeared. So far, my overnight wonders have taken me nearly thirty years to complete.
