Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Penny Brandon First Kiss is the second in The Looking Glass series. The idea behind this, was similar to Choices. Someone gets their chance to look into a Magic Mirror that shows them their one true love. It's up to them to find that man, but once they do, they'll know they'll love than man forever. With First Kiss, however, when Brenn finds Joey, he also finds out he's dying. I wanted to do something a little harder than my normal books, and a particular scene caught my imagination and wouldn't let go, so I had to write it, and the rest of the book formed around it.
