Goodreads asked Maya Bangerter:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Maya Bangerter Write. Even when you don't feel like it, just get that one sentence or that one paragraph or that one scene out of your head and into reality. If you just keep doing that, step by step, your story will come. I know writer's block is a harsh reality for many writers, but working on your book doesn't have to be sitting down and churning out chapters at a time. You can plan future scenes, work on character profiles, build a reader community through social media, or generate images of your characters with AI. (I always find that last one reginites my passion for my stories). No matter what you do, as long as you're engaging with the writer side of your personality, you're making progress. You're not giving up.
