Did/Will Wills and Theo ever have "Theo's baby" like Wills talks about when he didn't think his would take?

Tinnean The short answer? They will, eventually. However, there will be some complications. (and having said that, this just might fit in with the timeline of Complications By the Number, which should be the last book in Mann of My Dreams.) I haven't reached that point just yet, but if you've read The Best Christmas Ever (So Far), you may remember that Wills mentioned Theo's meltdown. Part of the meltdown had to do with Baby Bear having a really bad day, but most in that Theo had been to a doctor to look into collecting sperm for "his" baby and had been told he was shooting blanks. Not to panic, though! They will get it sorted out. ;-)
