Diego asked Kendare Blake:

Hey, I was wondering if you had any advice on writing romance. Like, how do you go when one of the persons involved might be dangerous (like Anna)? How do you make all the obstacles worth it? How do you make it realistic to the reader? I simply loved how you did it with the Anna duology. Thanks!

Kendare Blake I think the most important thing to remember when writing romance is emotional truth. It's the same for any character action. Think of all the people you've seen in love and all the bonehead stuff they do. Think of people you've seen in love with dangerous people. Think about why. And good luck!
