I've been rereading your last musketeer series (which I love so much!) and I was wondering how you figured out the rules for time travel? I know they never went back to the present so you never had to figure out how it might has changed but I every time I try to think about it I sort of just go in a circle. Thank you for all the great books!

Yes, I really decided to do the thing where the trip to the past was somehow always part of the timeline. If you get too hung up on the logic of time travel, it will make your head hurt.
